Recycling / Earth Day

Between 1950 and 2000, the U.S. population nearly doubled. However, in that same period, public demand for water more than tripled! Americans now use an average of 100 gallons of water each day — enough to fill 1,600 drinking glasses!

A recent government survey showed that at least 36 states are anticipating local, regional, or statewide water shortages by 2013.

Most people realize that hot water uses up energy, but supplying and treating cold water requires a significant amount of energy too. American public water supply and treatment facilities consume about 56 billion kilowatt-hours per year — enough electricity to power more than 5 million homes for an entire year.

If all U.S. households installed water-efficient appliances, the country would save more than 3 trillion gallons of water and more than $18 billion dollars per year!
World electricity demand is expected to double between 2000 and 2030. The greatest increase will occur in the developing world, and the most rapid growth will occur in people's homes.

China has also tried to breach into several gmail accounts owned by chinese human rights activists and several other big websites.

As hundreds of troops and police officers close in on alleged drug lord Christopher Coke, explosions and steady gun fire can be heard throughout the Tivoli Gardens neighborhood of Kingston, Jamaica. 3Little Pigs Script

N-The story of the 3 little pigs
It all started on a hot summer day, the 3 little pig brothers were in the process of taking there christmas pictures.
The photographer, Mr. Wolf had his eye on the pigs since they walked in. He kept suggesting dirogitory poses and skimpy clothes. But the pigs knew better. After they paid they scurried away.

W- Wait! Wait, little pigs! Oh little pigs, oh little pigs!

N- The wolf gave chase after discovering the pigs had forgottent heir photos. This of course frightened the pigs, and they ran has fast as they could to their homes. The first house he came across was one made of straw!

W- Little pig, oh little pig come out! Come out!
N- The wolf said has he waved his camra in the air, but just then, a beam of light from the sight bounced of the camra and onto the first little pig's straw house! A fire broke out! And after a few miniutes, the house was burned to the ground, and the big was cooked. Now the wolf didn't want to waste such a dilicious looking big, so he ate the little pig in one big bite.

W- What a dilicious little pig! Now I must find the other two piggies, and give them their photos!
N- Off went the wolf, and soon after he began his search, he came upon a house made of sticks with a little pig cowering in the window.

W- Little pig! I have your photos!
P- Oh my! Thank you Mr.Wolf! Let me get us some tea!

N- Has the pig goes to get the tea, he trips on a misplaced stick and stumbles into the walls of his house causing collapse
N- After the rubble settles all that remains is a pig cooking over an open fire, now the wolf not one to waste a meal eats up the little piggy.

N- Has the wolf continues his search he comes upon a house made of bricks.
W- Pig! Mr.Pig are you home?

PM - Oh my! Wilber! I do not believe who it is!
PM - It's your father!

W - Oh my, you mean to tell me these little pigs were my children?

N- Now for our lost listeners, the wolf once had a romantic encounter with a little pig in the past, and the result was the 3 little pigs.

W - Son I have the photos of you and your 2 brothers!

N- And like something out of a hollywood movie they run to each other in slow motion.
N- But the wolf feels a grumble in his stomach, and in two big bites it's over. The End

Title: Night of the Demons

Staring: Shannon Elizabeth, Monica Keena, Doria Baird, Edward Furlong, Tiffany Shepis.

Summary: The ultimate Halloween party becomes the setting for a terrifying night of satanic slaughter when seven teenagers become trapped in a mansion filled with rampaging demons in this remake Kevin S.Tenny's influential 1988 horror classic. Everyone in New Orleans knows the dark story of Broussard Mansion, but none of the locals have dared set foot in the notorious estate...until now. Angela Feld has chosen Broussard Mansion as the setting for this year's annual Halloween bash. No one throws a party quite like Angela, and when her friends catch wind of the plan, curiosity takes precedence over fear. Later that night, the party is packed and the music is blasting when the police show up to spoil the fun and send everyone packing. The only ones left behind are Angela, Maddie, Lily, Suzanne, Colin, Dex, and Jason, and they're not ready to call it a night just yet. Upon venturing down into the basement, Colin and Angela make a grisly discovery that sets into motion a diabolical series of events. There is no escape from the fear that follows next, because as the doors of Broussard Mansion mysteriously lock, a horde of ancient demons rise from the darkness to unleash the infernal powers of Hell on the desperate teens, who will fight to the death to protect their immortal souls.
