Tips for preventing flu and colds.

#1: Wash your hands.
#2: Don't sneeze into your hands.
#3: Don't touch your face.
#4: Drink Plenty of fluids.
#5: Inhale heated air for at least 15min once to twice a week.
#6: Do Aerobic exercises.
#7: Relax.
